Why did you choose Graland? We would never sacrifice quality for proximity, and with Graland we did not have to. We really value the ability to walk, bike, and avoid spending a significant amount of our waking hours commuting in a car. Graland is less than 2 miles from both of my son's homes and he often gets to and from school by bike. Graland attracts a diverse student body from all across Denver, but many of my son's classmates live nearby which maximizes his ability to feel a sense of community and engagement with the school.

Graland also has exceptional teachers that take advantage of Graland's resources and warm campus environment. This combination has allowed our son the thrive and continues to foster his love of learning.
Grades: 3
What are some of your child(ren)'s interests & extracurricular activities? Soccer, Skiing, Biking, Chess, Dance/Music (Bollywood songs are currently en-vogue), Ice Cream (does that count as an interest)!
Tell us some fun facts about you and/or your family: When my son was young he slept with a Ukulele instead of a stuffy/blanky. Both of my sons' parents come from families of 4 (3 boys and 1 girl). I grew up in Montreal.
