My favorite moment so far has been leading the Diversity & Equity Cohort for my colleagues because we push each other's thinking and, more importantly, our growth as educators.

The Bike Hike is a great way to truly experience the joy of Lower School while adding an element of adventure, collaboration, and problem solving.

Learning and practicing how to build meaningful relationships, especially across lines of difference, is my professional passion. I love learning about vulnerability, storytelling, and building connections.

I listen to many audiobooks and podcasts, and I collaborate with diversity practitioners nationwide. When possible, I attend conferences because there is nothing like collaborating in person.
