A Note About Student Schedules

Parents/Guardians of every student will receive their student's schedule the week of April 15th. The parents will be asked to pass the schedule onto you.

If you have your grandchild(ren)'s/guardian’s schedule when you arrive, please bypass the schedule pickup area and proceed directly to the fieldhouse.

Tips: How to Have a "Grand" Day!

  • The day involves walking around campus so select a comfortable outfit and shoes.
  • Plan to come a bit early to park on the streets surrounding campus. Please remember not to block our neighbors' driveways.
  • Arrive on campus with a copy of the student schedules for each grandparent or special friend attending.
  • Golf carts are available to assist you to and from campus and throughout the morning.
  • If you need additional assistance, such as wheelchair access or accessible parking, kindly call Jeri Volpe in the Development Office at 303.399.8370.
