A Note About Student Schedules
Parents/Guardians of every Preschool through Grade 4 student will receive an email with their student's schedule and campus map the week of April 13th. The parents have been asked to print the schedule(s) and campus map and give them to you. If you have your grandchild(ren)'s schedule when you arrive at the Fieldhouse lobby, kindly bypass the schedule pickup line and enter the gym.

Tips: How to Have a "Grand" Day!
- The day involves walking around campus so select a comfortable outfit and shoes.
- Plan to come a bit early to park on the streets surrounding campus. Please remember not to block our neighbors' driveways.
- Arrive on campus with a copy of the student schedules for each grandparent or special friend attending.
- Golf carts are available to assist you to and from campus and throughout the morning.
- If you need additional assistance, such as wheelchair access or accessible parking, kindly call Jeri Volpe in the Development Office at 303.399.8370.
